Open in Safari
The browser menu is indicated as an ellipsis and is located in the upper right corner.

Click "Share"
You will see a window with information (add to the main screen) in which you need to select "Add" and then shortcut will be displayed on the desktop of your device.

Click "Go to Home Screen"
Tap on the item "On the Home screen", and click "Finish"
